11½ year old Willow. The previous day, he was awarded Best of Opposite Sex in Specialty by breeder-judge Richard Hilderman in a large entry of 100 vizslas!

Willow, a very promising young male, has exceeded all of my expectations. Before the age of 2, he was already a show champion, a companion dog in obedience and a tracking dog earning all three titles within the same year! He had also received the Canine Good Citizen certificate from the American Kennel Club at 9 months of age. In 1999 Willow finished his american championship at the Finger Lakes shows taking two 4 points major over the weekend to finish in style like his father. 2000 was a great year for Willow. He earned his CDX and TDX. Shown on a very limited basis in conformation, he won the Sporting Group in Cornwall, Ontario and was awarded a Group 2 at the United Kennel Club show held at la Place Bonaventure in Montreal (biggest show in the Montreal area). Willow was also awarded by the Vizsla Society of Ontario with the Tibor Reiter Trophy to honor his versatility. 2001 has been even more successfull. Once again he was shown on a very limited basis and he is currently the Number 2 Vizsla in Canada for 2001 with a pourcentage of placement in the group of over 60%. As Veteran, he is as good as he was when he was younger. At the age of 10½ year old, he has won Best in Specialty Show at the Vizsla Society of Ontario 2007 Specialty in a class of 48 vizslas!

 Willow, un jeune mâle très prometteur, a surpassé toutes mes attentes. Avant l’âge de 2 ans il était déjà un champion de conformation, un chien de compagnie en obéissance et un chien de pistage remportant ses 3 titres dans la même année. Willow a aussi reçu, à l’âge de 9 mois, le certificat de “Canine Good Citizen” (bon citoyen canin) décerné par le American Kennel Club. En 1999 il a aussi terminé son championnat américain avec style en prenant deux majeures de 4 points. L'année 2000 a été une très bonne année pour Willow. Il a obtenu son titre de chien de compagnie excellent (CCX) ainsi que son titre de chien de pistage excellent (TDX). Présenté à seulement quelques expositions de conformation, il a remporté Meilleur du Groupe des chiens Sportif à l'exposition tenue à Cornwall, Ontario en septembre. Il a aussi remporté un Groupe 2 à l'exposition tenue à la Place Bonaventure de Montréal au mois de novembre. Pour compléter l'année, Willow a été honoré du Tibor Reiter Trophy remis par le Vizsla Society of Ontario pour souligner sa versatilité. 2001 a été encore meilleure pour Willow. Présentée à l'occasion seulement, il est présentement Numéro 2 Vizsla au Canada avec un pourcentage de placement au groupe de plus de 60%. Il est aussi bon comme vétéran qu'il était lorsqu'il était plus jeune. À l'âge de 10½ ans, il a remporté Meilleur chien de la Spécialité du Vizsla Society of Ontario, en 2007, devant 48 vizslas!
