GCh. Bajolo's Avalon Herceg Rhys
"Rhys"

Rhys is now living with his new owner, Corrine Sellars from Toronto, Ontario. Corrine also owns another vizsla, Bodi. Rhys was Mr. Yellow and he was first pick puppy. He is adjusting very well to his new life and will be a very busy boy as Corrine is planning lots of thing for him. You can already see in his pictures that he has already done a lot of thing and he is not a year old yet! She told me that in Welsh, "Rhys" means enthusiasm and the name suits!

At the Monarch Kennel Club Show on June 19, 2015, after recovering from an accident that could have been life threathning, Rhys returned to  conformation ring this morning and walked out a Grand CH (pending CKC approval). Thank you Judge Carol Graham (Alberta) for this very special win. Great big thanks to Shannon Kaluski for bringing out the best in Rhys. Heartfelt thanks to Shannon, Edgar Rojas, and Genevieve A Munro for the journey. Rhys and Shannon work so beautifully together in the Group ring.
At the Elora Gore dog show on December 29th, 2014 at 11 months old, Rhys went BOW, BP and BOS (for 2 pts) under Judge Lee Steeves to finish his Championship and was awarded Puppy Group 4th by Judge Bo Skalins of Sweden. A very exciting way to finish the year! Rhys is owned by Corrine Sellars and was handled to most of his championship by Edgar Rojas.
BOB for another point today under Judge Jack Ireland. That makes 8 pts. Rhys looked great and enjoyed being in the ring 9 times over the weekend. Thanks to Edgar Rojas for bringing out the best in Rhys. Here they are with Judge Terry Carter.
First official show photo just arrived! Good boy, Rhys (note the lack of a lead)! Thank you Monica Park - Rhys looked fabulous in the ring. Thanks to judges Ms. M. White & Mrs. D. Graffmann.
6 months old - having fun in the field!
Played hooky from what I should have been doing today and entered the 3 ABI shows in Flamborough today. Rhys and I got to spend lots of time in the ring and walked away with a rainbow of rosettes including a Reserve Best Puppy in Show and a Best Puppy in Show.

7 months old

Rhys demonstrated his proficiency in 15 tricks to qualify as a "Novice Trick Dog" at 16 weeks (that's 112 days) of age. Who says you can't teach a young puppy old tricks?
